Recruitment & assessment
We help you find the right person—not just on paper, but in real life. Our recruitment process combines the EQ-i, Big Five and a cognitive assessment to build a deep understanding of each candidate’s personality, abilities and potential.
Each candidate is invited to a 90-minute individual debrief where they reflect on their results and gain valuable self-insight. This not only supports their growth—it gives us a strong foundation to write a thorough report for you as the employer.
The report highlights strengths, areas for development, and concrete recommendations for onboarding, leadership and ongoing support. In other words, you don’t just get the right hire—you get the insight you need to help them thrive.
