Birgitta Söderström

Birgitta is a communicative, compassionate, and creative people-developer with over 20 years of international experience. She supports individuals, teams, and organisations in cultivating emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership — with a focus on sustainable culture transformation.

Her work is deeply grounded in humanistic values, trauma-informed methods, and the latest insights from neuroscience. Birgitta is certified in a wide range of therapeutic and coaching modalities including NARM, Somatic Experiencing, ACT, CBT, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

She has designed and led trainings in emotional intelligence, unconscious bias, cross-cultural communication, and mindfulness — and frequently supports teams navigating conflict, bullying, or toxic dynamics. As a psychotherapist and Co-Active Coach, she helps clients build resilience, lead with purpose, and create meaningful change in their lives and workplaces.

Birgitta has lived and worked across Sweden, the US, Southeast Asia, and China. Her clients include Spotify, ABB, WHO, Audi, Coca-Cola, Scania, and many more.

David Ol-Lars

David is a highly appreciated team and leadership educator and coach.

He has supported a wide range of organisations for the last 11 years, including large multinational companies, small start-ups, government organisations, and special units within the police and military.

 

David has a 15-year background as a police officer. During that time, he was working in the counterterror unit and as a negotiator, both in leading positions and as an operator.

Since 2000, she has worked across a wide range of sectors, including staffing, manufacturing, high-tech companies, and the non-profit sector. Over the past 15 years, she has held senior HR leadership roles in global contexts, supporting organizations in highly entrepreneurial environments.

Anna is passionate about courageous leadership that empowers individuals and teams to thrive. She believes that true leadership releases energy, creativity, and joy, and she is dedicated to helping leaders and employees tap into their potential. Her work often involves guiding managers and teams through complex change processes, providing support during challenging circumstances, and strengthening leadership capacity in demanding contexts.

As both a coach and interim HR manager, Anna combines her HR expertise with a coaching-based approach, creating trust, clarity, and resilience in the organizations she supports. Lauri Robbins Ericson

Lauri Robbins Ericson is a global voice on women’s and inclusive leadership, known for centering emotional intelligence as the foundation of courageous, equity-driven change. She empowers leaders and organizations to lead with empathy, equity, and vision—reshaping systems so women and underrepresented voices can thrive.

Her career bridges grassroots entrepreneurship and global influence.
